Education: Graduate in Humanities / Communication / Science / Technology / BBA / MBA / Commerce from Tier 1 Institutions.
Real Estate Sales and Transaction Management
- Handling clients for key residential projects in Pune,
- Attending meetings and business interactions with prospective clients,
- Maintaining the quality of services and experience as expected from the brand, and closing transactions with clear understanding of the market,
- Conducting closing meeting with prospects to close the sales,
- Promoting new launches and driving sales goals in order to achieve broader business targets,
- Understanding and sharing market insights and buyer preferences to help achieve velocity and volumes.
Relationship Management
- Handling customer queries for better customer relationships.
- Identifying prospective clients and generating referral business from existing customers to achieve business goals.
- Interacting with the client and channel partners on a regular basis, addressing their requirements, and resolving issues if any.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable adviser and alternate channel networks.
- Driving sales through various dealer networks.
Activations Management
- Organizing various promotional activities with the Marketing Team to generate new leads,
- Active participation in launching of various projects and driving sales numbers,
- Conducting and participating in local exhibitions and initiatives for promoting the portfolio,
- Proper coordination and collaboration with colleagues and the other departments.
- Managing GREs to ensure correct data inputs and timely reporting of visits and booking data.
