      Job Details

      2 – 8 years of experience in Real Estate / Financial Products

      Education: Graduate in Humanities / Communication / Science / Technology / BBA / MBA / Commerce from Tier 1 Institutions.

      Real Estate Sales and Transaction Management

      • Handling clients for key residential projects in Pune,
      • Attending meetings and business interactions with prospective clients,
      • Maintaining the quality of services and experience as expected from the brand, and closing transactions with clear understanding of the market,
      • Conducting closing meeting with prospects to close the sales,
      • Promoting new launches and driving sales goals in order to achieve broader business targets,
      • Understanding and sharing market insights and buyer preferences to help achieve velocity and volumes.

      Relationship Management

      • Handling customer queries for better customer relationships.
      • Identifying prospective clients and generating referral business from existing customers to achieve business goals.
      • Interacting with the client and channel partners on a regular basis, addressing their requirements, and resolving issues if any.
      • Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable adviser and alternate channel networks.
      • Driving sales through various dealer networks.

      Activations Management

      • Organizing various promotional activities with the Marketing Team to generate new leads,
      • Active participation in launching of various projects and driving sales numbers,
      • Conducting and participating in local exhibitions and initiatives for promoting the portfolio,
      • Proper coordination and collaboration with colleagues and the other departments.
      • Managing GREs to ensure correct data inputs and timely reporting of visits and booking data.
