Fractional ownership is a shared ownership of a real estate asset. Fractional Real Estate is owned through company shares by individual shareholders who share the benefits from such assets such as rights of use, sharing of income, preferred access and pricing benefits. The usage benefits for owners are similar to timeshare ownership.
