      Job Description

      • Managing collections from customers, ensuring achievement of targets
      • Enabling processes that provide accurate documentation
      • Co-ordinating with sales, partner developer CRM and other internal teams for
      • supporting customer queries & resolving them efficiently.
      • Managing customer or developer escalations (if any)
      • Proactively engage in launches and working with sales team to bring efficiency to CRM.
      • Setting up meetings with defaulter customers/ partner Developers & initiating remind
      • Issuing the letters to them on a timely basis for collections and passion.
      • Building and maintaining excellent client relationship.
      • Supporting end to end customer registration process and collection from the customers.

      Preferred candidate profile/ Qualifications:

      • Proven experience as a CRM Manager in the real estate sector.
      • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and best practices.
      • Strong understanding of real estate sales and marketing processes.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
      • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
