Co-ordinate product development with stakeholder teams, architecture, legal, finance, marketing, and sales,
Research, evaluate and create product concepts to support business discussions.
Primary Responsibilities
Map the competitive landscape, pricing trends, absorption rates, demand corridors, and tenant expectations within the target micro-market.
Conduct SWOT analysis of the asset (location, positioning, connectivity, infrastructure, legal, etc.).
Maintain accurate and updated information on new launches, approvals, construction status, and market trends.
Engage with all stakeholders to understand the progress of the business case and mandate goals.
Drive decisions on unit configurations, floor plans, amenities, pricing strategy, and USPs.
Analyze micro-market dynamics to determine the right mix of unit sizes, typologies, and target audience.
Ensure internal teams are aligned with the product roadmap, positioning, and timelines.
Partner with marketing, sales, and branding teams to craft compelling product narratives.
Drive the creation of collaterals – brochures, websites, walkthroughs, and presentations – that communicate the product’s value proposition effectively.
Monitor customer engagement and response pre-launch and post-launch.
Define pricing strategy, offers, incentives, and other launch mechanics.
