The Pre-Sales Team Lead will play a crucial role in guiding and motivating a team of pre-sales representatives to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support the overall sales process.       Preferred candidate profile/ Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
      • Proven experience in real estate pre-sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience.
      • Strong understanding of the real estate market, property types, and customer needs.
      • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
