      Mandatory Requirements

      Education: Graduate in Humanities / Sciences and Post-graduate in Communications /MBA- Marketing from well-known/ Tier-I / Top-20 B-schools of India.
      Note: Excellent written and spoken communication skills is mandatory for this position.
      Candidates with good communication understanding / experience in Finance / Real Estate / FMCG brands will be preferred.

       Develop the end-to-end Project Marketing plans for the client projects and brands working closely with the CMO.
      To coordinate with the market research team / platforms to understand market insights and using the same to improve sales and marketing.
      To regularly conduct site visits and visits to competitors to understand changes and identify opportunities and insights for the client and core business.
      To effectively track all executions of plans and ensure that they are carried out as per business expectations and confirm to set deadlines
      To be involved in developing the monthly and quarterly project specific strategies based on data, insights and sales goals.
      To work closely with external partners and internal teams for taking campaigns live in a planned and timely manner.
      To be the single point of contact for all information, communication, sales material, updated calendar, business MIS on the project.
      To track actual spends and ensure costs are within the overall budget allocated to the project / developer and share weekly, monthly, quarterly updates to the CMO’s office on the same.
      To monitor sales data and plan/ modify marketing initiatives so as to drive achievement of sales targets.
      To work-closely with the sales and marketing team in supporting various pre and post sales activities across 3 – 5 developers at a time.
      Quality check, all material and communication going out from the brand’s template and ensure alignment with the corporate and project level brand templates for the same. To coordinate with vendors and ensure final compliance of all and every output.
