      Job Description

      • Design customized deliverables as per team and stakeholders needs.
      • Good spoken and written communication of English and ability to manage creative projects and brief associated development and production team
      • Strong understanding of Brand and Corporate Brand Guidelines and ability to create and supervise creatives based on the same.
      • Manage deliverables for a large variety of marketing activities, including branding, advertising, digital campaigns, brand brochures, product literature design, customer experience, site experience design, digital campaigns and POS design, among others.
      • Develop all required collaterals by understanding the product, purpose, channel and audience while aligning on the overall corporate and product brand guidelines.
      • Possess an excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflow. Must have a strong sense of design quality and pixel perfection.
      • Drawing skills/Illustration and video editing skills will be preferred.
      • Possesses a strong ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
      • Creation of aesthetic & effective visual designs for campaigns and other internal design requirements that may come up from time to time.
      • Used to working systematically and managing time well to support the marketing team’s delivery to the business, product, and company-wide strategic initiatives
      • Must have a can-do, will-do attitude and self-train on the job.
      • Needs to be able to maintain consistency and balance in all design outputs.

      Job Details

      2–6 years of experience in Reputed Agencies (Omnicom, Publicis, WPP, Interpublic, Lowe and similar)

      Education Graduate Programe in Graphics Design, Art, Digital Design
      Candidates with the requisite experience from Tier 1 colleges and Industry will be preferred.
