      Job Description

      • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy for our real estate operations.
      • Identify key objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for CRM initiatives.
      • Oversee the organization and maintenance of a detailed customer database.
      • Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
      • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align CRM efforts with lead generation and conversion strategies.
      • Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data.
      • Track and manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
      • Implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the funnel.
      • Develop and execute strategies to engage clients and prospects effectively.
      • Coordinate real estate property tours and events.
      • Gather customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
      • Implement improvements based on feedback.
      • Manage and optimize CRM software and tools.
      • Train team members on CRM system usage.
      • Generate regular reports on CRM performance, sales pipeline, and customer engagement.
      • Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
