Job Description

    • To understand and study the CRM platform (Leadsquared Admin Certified)
    • To learn and understand the complete utilization of the platform
    • To document and setup process flows for various activities and train the
      work-groups on the implementation of the same
    • To Manage daily CRM utilization, configuration, and data management tasks
    • Well versed with HTML, SQL and CSS
    • To build reports writing SQL queries
    • Design new email templates for marketing (HTML),
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders of marketing, digital, sales teams
    • An ability to work to organisations deadlines and KPI’s
    • Conduct timely training on upgrades, setups, features for all related
      work-groups
    • Support the leadership to define and develop the remarketing and retention
      strategy, manage reporting, and refine KPIs
    • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to produce relevant success metrics
      for the email channel, which can be applicable to all email campaigns,
      revenue per send
    • Assist Digital Marketing manager in email systems integration when required.

    Preferred candidate profile/ Qualifications:

    • 2 – 3 years of experience working on LeadSquared CRM system in similar capacity.
    • Graduate / Post-graduate in Sciences / Engineering / B-Tech/ M-Tech.
    • Good communication skills
    • Understanding of Marketing Operations
    • Understanding of Marketing Operations and Real Estate business
