      Job Description

      • Manage paid campaigns directly and with external agencies across all channels (Search, Display, Mobile, TV, and OTT) from planning, setup, monitoring, optimisation, and reporting.
      • Plan, define and execute demand generation funnel for Weekly / Monthly /Quarterly requirements.
      • Manage daily operations of paid display and programmatic campaigns, organic and paid social media, SEM.
      • Be able to do hand-ons set-up and day-to-day optimisation of ad campaigns across all marketing channels towards the with key focus on benchmarking and reducing customer acquisition costs against the industry.
      • Be instrumental in the creation, maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other business metrics.
      • Act as a business partner to internal teams such as product marketing, brand and creative.
      • Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
      • Ensure reporting on weekly and monthly performance of marketing goals through digital.
      • Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, with focus on key parameters of success.

      2 – 4 Years of experience

      Education Bsc / B-tech / Engineering Graduate Degree
      Candidates with the requisite experience and additionally having a Post-grad / MBA / Certifications from Tier 1 colleges will be preferred.

      Expected Skills & Qualifications

      • At least 2 – 4 years of related performance marketing or paid acquisition experience
      • A passion for Digital Marketing overall. You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they rollout.
      • A firm grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and data driven marketing,
      • Strong analytical ability and ability to create reports,
      • Ability to analyse performance data for optimizations,
      • Strong ability to think creatively, identify and resolve marketing problems,
      • Strong communication skills with a working understanding of Brand Marketing and Communication Strategy,
      • The capability to synthesize sophisticated ideas into impactful recommendations for the leadership.
